EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to play a key role in our growing company. This person will report directly to the President of the company. If you're a dynamic, resourceful and autonomous person, ready to get involved in all areas of the company, this is the job for you!

Missions :

• Project management: Manage several projects simultaneously, while ensuring rigorous, high-quality execution.
• Team Support: Meet the needs of a growing team of professionals, ensuring a collaborative work environment.
• Administrative management: Supervise the office and manage day-to-day administrative and logistical aspects.
• Human Resources: Integrate new employees and ensure they progress smoothly within the team.

In addition to these tasks, the candidate will have to contribute to various spheres of the management of a service company, such as :

- Marketing;

- Page layout, copywriting and word processing;

- Customer service;

- Service offers and billing;

- Expense tracking;

- Payroll management;

- Event organization.

• Experience: Experience in a similar role would be an asset.
• Skills: Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and remain organized despite fluctuating workloads.

- Based at Go-Mine's office in Richelieu, south shore of Montreal, but possibility of telecommuting a few days a week;
