The Go-Mine method
The Go-Mine method is based on a structured, collaborative approach, guaranteeing the success of every project.
From the outset, a kick-off meeting is organized to clearly outline the project's objectives, deadlines and budgets.
Following this initial meeting, a bespoke service offer is drawn up, based on the format desired by the customer.
Once the project has been accepted, regular follow-up meetings are scheduled with the project manager and the customer. These exchanges help to maintain a positive dynamic and validate the progress of the mandate throughout its course.
Finally, at the close of the project, a closing meeting is held to assess the achievement of the objectives set and ensure the sustainability of the solutions implemented, thus guaranteeing the continuity of the project.
